You may use Codeffice to learn and practice programming. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse it, for example by attempting to disrupt the platform, access it without authorization, or interfere with other users.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Codeffice.

You retain ownership of the code and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it so we can operate the service, such as running your solutions and tracking your progress.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and any refund terms are shown at the point of purchase. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Codeffice and its content, including challenges, branding, and software, are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the platform or its content without our permission.

Codeffice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Codeffice at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Codeffice after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
